Includes youth GP Clinics, Nurse Practitioner, Aboriginal Youth Health Worker, Homelessness Outreach Worker, Worker on Duty (intake), Counselling, PaediatricianThe Central Coast Youth Health Service is located on the ground floor of the Wyong Central Community Health Centre, 38a Pacific Hwy, Wyong, ph 4356 9333.
Youth Health aims to promote young people's access to health services, and ensure the quality of health services available to young people. Services include Worker on Duty (Mon to Fri), Nurse Practitioner clinics (Mon, Tue and Wed), Homelessness outreach worker, Aboriginal Youth Health Worker and Counsellors. - Kincumber Youth Centre (Kincumber), Wed, 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- Gravity Youth Centre (Lakehaven), Wed, 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- The Web Youth Centre (Woy Woy), Fri, 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

* Youth Health Counsellors are located at Wyong Central (Youth Health), Woy Woy and Lakehaven community health centres, ph 4356 9333 for more information
* For information about ChIPS (Chronic Illness Peer Support), Rock and Water, and Youth Booth programs, ph 4356 9333.
* A Paediatrician from Wyong Hospital's Paediatric Ambulatory Care Unit (WyPAC) holds a clinic at Youth Health every second Thursday, for 12 - 18 yrs olds. GP referral required. Ph 4356 9333 for more information.
* A Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist from Child and Family Health holds a clinic at Youth Health every Friday, for over 12 yr olds. GP referral preferred, Ph 4356 9333.
