WEB Youth SevicePrint"Drop-in" centre for young people 12 to 18 years old.The WEB Youth Service is an important local resourse that provides support to all young people and their parents or carers. We can help with advocacy,information, support and guidence. In general we try to provide a place for young people to congregate, socialise,meet new friends, that is cost effective and safe, which assists the engagement of youth into the community. External & internal activities provided on a regular basis such as pool competitions, indoor soccer, touch football, volley ball and sing star comps. Art, craft, board games, musical instruments and much more. If a young person is having any problems they can talk to a youth worker about it, if we can't assist you , we will try to find someone who can. Parents or caregivers who are experiencing difficulties with young people using alcohol or other drugs can also see the AOD counsellor for referral, information & support. The AOD councellor is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays by appointment and Fridays for "Drop in" Young people can also access the Adolesent Primary Health Clinic ( APHC ) to see a General Practitioner or a clinical nurse on the Friday afternoons from 4.30pm to 7.30pm. While attending the WEB Youth Service all mainstream services such as Doctors, Nurses, AOD Counsellors, and Youth Workers are all free of charge. Please note: Adolesent Primary Health Clinic is closed during school holidays. Office hours - Mon- Thur 9.00am - 5.00pm Fri- 1.00pm - 9.30pm " Drop in " hours Mon- Tue 2.00pm - 5.00pm Thur- Wed 2.00pm - 6.00pm Fri- 2.00pm - 9.30pm Sat- 4.30pm - 9.30pm
