Wesley Mission

Getting It Together program, holistic out reach program for young people 12-18 with drug and alcohol misuse issues.

Getting It Together is a new program funded by DOCs and able to work with young people who have issues related to their drug and alcohol misuse. Issues such as accomodation, health,mental health, financial, education and relationships. We can case manage young people around these issues and assist in achieving goals.
